  Today we went on an outing to walk along the railway near the strand. It was a beautiful clear day and the water was shimmering. On the way back on the bridge the train went past! It was so exciting. 

 I had a great time in Circability exploring the silk scarves, running around putting them on my friends heads and ending up with them on mine. It was great fun, I enjoyed the juggling balls, I was being cheeky and seeing if I could pass it past my friends rather than letting them catch it.  KB

I had so much fun in sports. We worked on aim. Played some bowling and cornhole. It was great! -NJ  

 Im being the literacy copy cat today! We are working on our te reo Māori numbers 📚 CR

 Such a good game of badminton with my friends this  morning. TA

 Today we went to the flax exhibition and we saw such beautiful work. I thought it was really interesting. An 

 awesome morning working on our spelling and handwriting! writing our days of the week and names in our class!  CR 

  I enjoyed these cards in the sensory room to show the animals. I ended up being a turtle with the beanbag on my back while we watched the fish on the screen. It was a very fun sensory session with the fish that I basket ball threw away KB

 A great woodworking session this morning complete wth tidying up afterwards. DG

  Look at me go. It was great to practice my throwing  catching and my spinning!  KB 

  Getting to do the special guest performance for the talent quest finals. I loved getting up and singing a star is born with my friends and new friends from Te Puke KB

As part of my goal I got to perform and rock out in front of my friends for talent quest. ER

 Palmers was cancelled due to rain so we had a game of soccer. My team was called “Baywatch”. We won 10-9 It was a great game. DG

 I practiced my drilling skills today in woodwork. My project is starting to come together. DG

 We had a tea party at the park and had a sea-saw and a swing. AN 

 We made our own activity course and got to pick something to add . ER

  I am excited about using all the green pens and pencils to colour in this cool bee KB

  I loved building with the sand, look at the happy place for all the different animals. I went to the garden to find the right trees KB

 Today in Sensory we did an ocean clean up theme. We had trays of sand and blue orbees. There was lots of rubbish all over the beach which we had to clean up. We also rescued the different animals. We read the book Dear Earth about the environment and what we can do to look after the planet.
